1. General Information

We provide a range of services including kitchen installations, bathroom installations, tiling, plumbing (non-gas), electrical (non-gas), decorating, smoke alarm installation, repairs, and general maintenance.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • A quote is based on the information provided at the time. Any changes, additions, or unexpected issues may affect the final price.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the quote if materials or labour costs change before work begins.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • Work will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.

  • Timescales provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payments are due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or agreed alternative methods.

  • Late payments may incur reasonable additional charges to cover administration and delays.

5. Materials & Supply

  • We can supply materials or install materials provided by the customer.

  • If customer-provided materials are faulty, unsuitable, or cause delays, we are not responsible for additional labour or costs.

  • All materials we supply remain our property until full payment is made.

6. Workmanship & Guarantees

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

  • All labour comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee (wear and tear, misuse, and pre-existing conditions excluded).

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials supplied.

  • We are not responsible for defects caused by structural issues, hidden damage, or incorrect materials chosen by the customer.

7. Access to Property

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

  • Ensure the workspace is clear of personal belongings.

  • Allow us to use electricity, water, and basic facilities while working.

We reserve the right to pause work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Cancellations

  • Jobs cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If we must cancel due to an emergency, we will reschedule as soon as possible at no cost to you.

9. Additional Work & Variations

If additional work is needed due to hidden issues (such as rotten floors, faulty plumbing, or unsafe electrics), we will:

  • Notify you immediately

  • Provide an updated quote

  • Proceed only with your approval

We will not continue without your consent for extra costs.

10. Liability & Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Completing work to industry standards

  • Using safe, professional methods

  • Handling materials with care

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues in your property

  • Damage caused by customer-provided materials

  • Wear and tear after work is completed

  • Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of our work for marketing purposes.
We will never include personal information or identifiable property details.

If you prefer we do not use photos of your project, please inform us in writing.

12. Privacy & Personal Data

We only collect information necessary to provide quotes, schedule work, and communicate with you.
Your data is kept secure and never shared with third parties unless required for safety or legal compliance.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive messages related to your enquiry or ongoing project.

13. Complaints & Resolutions

If you have a concern or issue:

  • Contact us directly as soon as possible

  • We will review the matter promptly

  • If needed, we will return to assess or correct the issue

We will not continue without your consent for extra costs.

14. Legal Framework

These Terms & Conditions follow UK consumer law.
Nothing in this document removes or reduces your statutory rights.
